'ST Lounge' - a "Gentleman's Club & Champagne Bar" i.e. lap dancing. Not sure what the ST stands for.
Formerly Suede, formerly Zest, it is in Grove Street at the Bank Square end.
Not much to look at from the outside as there's just a roller shutter all day and in the early evening.
