Concorde's last flying visits to Manchester - October 2003 - achieved quite a turnout. But in 20-odd years I don't ever remember a visit when no-one turned up to watch.

Concorde G-BOAC arrives at its new home at Manchester Airport, 31st October 2003, on a very grey day. It touches down opposite the Viewing Park. You can just see the crowd in the background.
Manchester Airport is just 3 miles from Wilmslow.
